As general contractor for this luxury retreat in the Salzkammergut, we not only took care of the renovation, modernisation and refurbishment of the complete residence. What is more, the boat house and the bathing area dating back to the 1930ies were revitalised in accordance with the lakeshore protection rules. Planning and partial renovation of the terrace garden joining the different facilities and the extensive park were realised in cooperation with a garden architect.
