My Hero Story at KAMPER

After finishing school, I knew that I didn’t want to follow the traditional academic path. My passion was for the construction industry, so I decided to pursue training as a construction draftsman. However, I soon realized that this wasn’t enough for me, so I took the step to study structural engineering. Through an internship, I came across KAMPER, and it was an immediate fit. Starting in the cost estimation department, I quickly discovered my enthusiasm for construction site work. The opportunity to travel and constantly tackle new challenges excited me. For KAMPER’s management, it was no problem to accommodate my wishes. Today, I work as a construction and project manager, a true all-rounder who loves variety. At KAMPER, I can thrive and even implement my visions, such as in the field of LEED building certifications. My greatest strength and at the same time my weakness? I am a perfectionist through and through. But at KAMPER, I find my balance through the daily challenges and the spontaneity of construction life.
