My Hero Story at KAMPER

After my job interview for a position in the sales department, Kamper Company immediately recognized my strengths and appointed me as a construction manager for one of their first major projects, supporting and fostering me along the way. Building on this foundation of trust, I subsequently had the opportunity to oversee the realization of a 5-star hotel as a project manager. The ongoing support from the owners, management, my colleagues, and other departments has continuously inspired and motivated me. Through continuous training, internal seminars, and successful projects, I was eventually offered the position of authorized signatory, which I have taken on with great dedication and joy in success. This also allows me to fully pass on my strengths in motivating others and my teamwork skills to my colleagues and clients. In this way, visions are turned into reality
