My hero story at KAMPER

By chance, I came across Kamper 20 years ago through a newspaper advertisement. My grandfather was a carpenter, and I love the smell of wood – so I immediately felt at home at Kamper.

I started with timekeeping and assisting in payroll accounting. After passing my payroll accountant exam, I took over the entire payroll accounting and was responsible for up to 150 employees. Thanks to my dedication, I was also able to contribute to quality management and eventually take over the leadership.

After my maternity leave, I was happy to return to Kamper because we have a great team spirit in the company. Now I work in accounting, quality management, and recruiting.

I am proud to be a part of Kamper and to contribute to the positive development of the company.
