“That an interpreter becomes an authorised officer in a construction company is by no means a typical career path. While love introduced me to furniture making 30 years ago, it was in 2011, when I began my journey at Kamper as an assistant to the management in metal construction, that I quickly realized I had landed in a company that valued my thirst for knowledge and communication skills.

After several years of working in sales and project management, seven years ago, I was entrusted with the tasks of ensuring the quality of our projects beyond the hand-over date and organizing internal training. I hadn’t imagined at the outset that it would be such an exciting journey.”
