My Hero Story at KAMPER

When I started at KAMPER as a Technical Drafter several years ago, I never thought my career path would change so rapidly. Yet, within the first year, I transitioned to the Warranty Department, where I initially focused on addressing deficiencies.

Due to my approach and strengths, the opportunity arose in 2019 for me to move into project management. KAMPER placed great trust in me, allowing me to take on increasingly larger and more complex projects.

Together with my colleagues, I have since gained a lot of experience in efficiently and enthusiastically realizing major projects. It’s an exciting journey to be part of a team that strives every day to achieve common goals.
