In January 2023, the RAINER Group commissioned KAMPER Handwerk + Bau as the general contractor for the demolition of the existing concrete structures and the excavation work. In October 2023, construction of the new complex in Martinsried began. With our team and around 60 companies involved on-site, we are focusing on modern construction methods following LEED guidelines.

The RAINER Group is aware of its responsibility for the project in Martinsried and aims to implement it sustainably. The building, which will be completed in January 2025, will have an electrical capacity of 1,000 kW (equivalent to 60 single-family homes), a heating capacity of 1,200 kW (equivalent to 85 houses), and a cooling capacity of 1,200 kW (comparable to 165 houses).
